# Finding the Spot
|
|
|
|
When looking for a spot to build a house, there are a few things to consider - from my perspective.
|
|
|
|
1) How many neighbors do I have around me? If I put the house *here* will my neighbors have a perfect line of sight to the corners of my house? e.g. do i have privacy?
|
|
2) how close is the house to the nearest power pole? Is it going to be difficult to run electricity to the house? or costly?
|
|
3) How close is the water meter from this location? How difficult will it be to dig a trench from meter to home?
|
|
4) where will the nearest garden be relative to the house location?
|
|
5) Whats the shading like? will there be a lot of natural shade?
|
|
|
